  • What are the delivery costs at Frouze Box?

    If you don’t know what the seller’s delivery fee for a delivery to Frouze Box (France) is: you can fill out a quote request and we’ll ask them.

     

    Amazon Prime and Cdiscount at will:
    Items included in the merchants’ programs mentioned above are not subject to a delivery fee to the Frouze Box warehouse.

     

    DELIVERY TO SWITZERLAND

    The cost of delivery to Switzerland is:

    – Up to 10 kg: 9 euros
    – 10 to 30 kg: 20 euros
    – Bulky parcels up to 30kg: 29 euros
    – For an order of more than 30 kg: upon request

  • What taxe will I pay?

    Vat

    Frouze Box and its partners take care of customs formalities.

    The VAT of the exporting country is not refunded but the VAT imported into Switzerland is covered by Frouze Box in its entirety.

    IMPORT TAX

    However, for certain categories of goods, such as textiles, customs charges are applied to imports. The equivalent of this fee may be requested in addition to the initial order at the time of the quote being made or before Frouze Box validates the order. These customs taxes are calculated according to the weight of the items.

    If you refuse, your order can be cancelled at no cost.

  • Which are unauthorized items?

    Regulated items are not allowed:

    – alcohol
    – weapons
    – narcotics
    – counterfeits
    – food products
    – ext…

  • Which payment methods are available?

    Frouze Box accepts Visa and Mastercard payment via the Stripe payment solution.

    All transactions are secure and no card data is processed or stored by the Frouze Box website.

  • What if there is a wrong fare?

    If the price shown on your order is not accurate, we will send you a refund or a supplementary payment link.

  • How long are the delivery times?

    The estimated delivery date will be specified when your order is validated by our customer service.

    In general, the delay is from D+2 to D+4 (open) in addition to the delivery time estimated by the original seller.

  • What about return of goods?

    Regarding our return order policy, please get in touch to establish the cause and the terms.

    A valid reason will have to be required for Frouze Box to accept the return of the goods.

    Once the goods are received, you will benefit from a standard exchange or a 1-year voucher.

  • Do I keep the warranty of the produit if I buy from Frouze Box?

    As Frouze Box is considered to be the seller of the goods, we allow you to keep the manufacturer’s warranty as indicated by Swiss trade law.
